Students, are you looking for a place to bounce your ideas off peers who care about your writing? Come to the Writing Center and get to know peer consultants who receive regular preparation and experience in the tutoring of writing and who want to help you become a more effective and confident writer and researcher — no matter your field of study or expertise.
For Faculty, the Writing Center offers resources as well, including appointments for consultants to come to your classroom or host your class at the center, and opportunities for your students to work with us as they revise writing projects while taking into account your written feedback. In addition, Writing Center faculty colleagues are available to assist you in integrating into your courses writing-to-learn strategies that are pedagogically sound yet practically manageable.
