Saturday, December 5, 2009 - Putnam Exam
This national mathematical competition, held on the second floor of the CASL Building on Saturday, December 5, 2009, consists of two periods of three hours each with six challenging mathematical problems. The periods run from 10:00 am-1:00 pm and from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm and the team goes out to lunch between the two periods. Professors Clifford, and Massey are involved in recruiting a team.
