There is a quiet study area on the first floor of the building, room 1190 SSB. There are separate resource rooms for Economics, History, Political Science, and Urban and Regional Studies.
On the second floor chairs are arranged in an open, informal setting.
Students can take advantage of the computer lab room 1170 SSB.The Winter 2009 hours of operation are Monday 9-6, Tuesday-Thursday 9-7:30, and Friday 9-12.
It is staffed by the Writing Center between 11-3.
The computer lab is closed during the Spring and Summer semesters.
There is a vending room to the right of the stairway.
